Research and Technology
Research Lines
Automated Line Supply
Logistics and vision technologies
We work with various line supply processes: AGVs, AMRS, Bin Picking, E-Cart, smart warehouses, etc.
Objective: internal logistics
We research how material flows to the production line are optimized, with the goal of ensuring component availability in the required time and quantity.
Benefits
The benefits of optimizing these processes, by avoiding bottlenecks, downtime, and supply errors, improve the overall efficiency of production processes.
Quality Assurance
Quality assurance technologies
We address quality at an advanced stage of the cycle, when the product has already been installed or assembled on the line, but the manufacturing process is not yet complete.
Objective: quality standards
The aim is to ensure that quality standards are met at this intermediate stage, detecting and correcting potential deviations before the product reaches its final phase.
Benefits
The benefit of ensuring quality is the progress toward ZERO errors, which means improving the effectiveness of production processes.
Process Quality
Joining, painting, and assembly technologies
We study technologies within the value chain: thermal, mechanical, and laser joining, adhesives, and critical assembly processes:
- Joining technologies (thermal, mechanical, laser, adhesives, best fit for moving parts, hemming, cell joining with flows, buffers…)
- Painting and priming technologies
- Critical assembly processes (manual, bolting, etc.)
Objective: process quality
The focus of this line is on the quality of the manufacturing process itself. It involves studying, measuring, and improving the variables that influence the robustness and repeatability of the process.
Benefits
It is a key stage that feeds into the subsequent quality of products and assembly, leading to error reduction, resource optimization, and ensuring productive stability from the ground up.
Ergonomics
Innovation in ergonomics
We perform ergonomic assessments and develop a safe and optimal working environment.
Competence center in ergonomics
We include the creation of this center, which will act as a reference in the development of solutions, methodologies, and best practices.
Objective: protect and improve
The objective is not only to protect the health and well-being of workers, but also to improve productive activity.
Benefits
This work translates into real, visible benefits for the people who make up our organizations, as well as for the organizations themselves, as it increases the efficiency and sustainability of productive activity.
